Getting help

Your CRM has a built-in Help & FAQ — a searchable list of plain-language answers to the questions restaurant teams ask most. It’s the fastest way to get unstuck without leaving the app, and when an answer isn’t enough, it’s also where you reach our support team.

Open Help and you’ll see a search box at the top and a set of common questions grouped into categories. Click any question to open its answer, and click it again to close it.

The questions are organized into six categories:

  • Getting started — service periods, time slots, your floor map, and publishing your booking page.
  • Managing bookings — accepting and rejecting reservations, adding walk-ins, and finding today’s bookings.
  • Booking page — sharing your public link, adding your logo and hero image, and offering multiple languages.
  • Team & permissions — inviting a team member and resetting a member’s password.
  • Account — updating your restaurant’s contact details.
  • Troubleshooting — what to do when a booking doesn’t appear or your booking page won’t load.

  1. Open Help from the bottom of the sidebar.
  2. Type a keyword into the search box — for example walk-in, logo, or password.
  3. The list narrows as you type, matching across every category. Questions that match your words appear first.
  4. Click the question that fits to read its answer. Clear the search box to go back to the full list by category.

When the FAQ doesn’t cover your question, use the Still need help? Contact support link. It sits at the bottom of the Help page, and it also appears whenever a search turns up no matches.

Clicking it opens a new email to our support team at support@eighty-six.tech. Tell us your restaurant’s name and what you were trying to do, and we’ll help you sort it out.
